1.Order Processing
After receiving your order, we usually start processing the order immediately. Since our design are CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, so please allow 5-7 days to be shipped out.
Our standard shipping takes approximately 8-15 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.
2. Payment Processing
At the time an order is placed, your payment method will be authorized for the total purchase amount.
This is a pending transaction – your payment method will not be charged until the order has shipped. The authorization/pending transaction will be removed from your billing statement once your order has been shipped and your payment method has been invoiced for the order total.
3.Shipping Methods
We only use standard shipping now.For US address, we also use DHL.
4.Order Status
To view the status of current orders, please select “ Track My Order” in the top right of the homepage. There you will find information regarding your “Order history” and current contact information.
5. Returns Policy
Each item is made specifically for you, so returns for size or color changes aren’t available. However, if there’s a defect or error with your order, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll make it right with a free reprint or refund as part of our Quality Guarantee.
- Purchases denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If the retum is caused by the consumer,consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the expres company you choose.
6.Received a Faulty Item
We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- Photos that show:
- Product fault as clearly as possible
- Full-length photo of the item
- The Hook Sportswear logo and label
If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.

Each design is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. For our T-shirts, we use direct-to-garment printing, ensuring vibrant colors and lasting quality. For other apparel, we employ heat transfer printing, which guarantees sharp, detailed images. Our commitment to craftsmanship and quality ensures that every piece is as unique as your passion for fishing.

9.Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
In the event that no one is present to collect or sign for the order when it arrives:
If delivered by Australia Post : Your parcel will be available for collection at your local Post Office, a notification will be left in the mailbox in this instance.
If your item is delivered by Aramex or Allied Express : arrangement will be made prior to deliver to ensure your item arrives at your convenience.
If you are not home at the arranged time, a re-delivery cost will occur at your expense.
10.Rejected by Receiver
If you have purchased this item as a gift, please make sure the receiver is aware, to avoid parcel rejection. If the parcel has to be resent, a re-delivery cost will occur at your expense.
The expected time of delivery is a guideline only. Delivery may be delayed due to various reasons.
To allow for efficient dispatch, we do not allow pick up or for the customers to arrange their own courier from our warehouse.
