This relatable scenario inspired the story of Frog Bill, a confident cowboy frog outsmarted by a lurking bass. The Western theme adds humor and charm, while the dual scenes reflect nature’s balance: every hunter can become prey. Through bold colors and dynamic composition, the design captures both the thrill of fishing and the wisdom it teaches—stay vigilant, because life, like fishing, is full of surprises.
Sketching the Story: From Concept to Canvas
Triumph: In the first frame, Bill grins triumphantly as he feels resistance on his line. Unbeknownst to him, the bass is already preparing to strike, its marble eye reflecting Bill’s fleeting victory.
Reckoning: In the blink of an eye, the tables turn. The bass erupts skyward, jaws stretching impossibly wide, swallowing Bill whole. All that remains is his cowboy hat floating gently on the water—a somber yet humorous conclusion.
